Class description: This Boxing Class is a High conditioning and boxing class. Students will learn boxing combinations along with high cardio conditioning. Students will highly improve there cardio for boxing. Students will gain strength both mental and physical, Highly improve there fitness, loose fat and lower there fat percentage, Increase there reflexes and speed.
Notes: This is a high Cardio conditioning class. ALL BOXING TEAM MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND
