Our Schaumburg locations offers 2,500 square feet of mat space, with dedicated areas for our
boxing classes, muay thai classes, kickboxing classes and jiu-jitsu classes.
This large space comes in handy for hosting seminars with the latest and greatest in boxing, muay thai, kickboxing and the jiu-jitsu competition scene.
We have the most mat space of any team in the Chicagoland area!

INTERMEDIATE JIU JITSU CLASS
TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTOR: JASON SULLINS
Class description: This Jiu Jitsu class focuses on Main Jiu Jitsu moves, guards, sweeps and there proper form and execution. Students will learn to have these moves and guards in there muscle memory until its like riding a bike. Student will increase there fitness, increase cardio, increase strength both physical and mental.

NO-GI JIU JITSU CLASS

Class description: This Jiu Jitsu class is for beginners and advanced no Gi Jiu Jitsu students. It will focus on basic no Gi Jiu Jitsu moves and advanced no gi moves. Students will improve cardio, strength, fitness, weight loss and metal strength.
